We have a team with extensive experience in diverse tax, fiscal and business advisory matters including project feasibility studies and financial modelling, Special Economic Zones, Value Added Tax (VAT) and Customs, Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Taxes, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing.

We have deep technical expertise, having worked with various global consulting firms including three of the global big four audit firms.

Our team has over 40 years combined experience providing services in major sectors including oil and gas, banking, manufacturing, telecommunications and agriculture. We have worked in various jurisdictions in Africa including Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Zambia.

We currently provide services to clients in the East African region. We have offices in Mombasa and Nairobi.
